About your provider

I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in primary care and women’s health, including high-risk obstetrics and metabolic care.
My clinical training includes working closely with Yale-trained physicians and menopause specialists, shaping a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to midlife women’s health.
I focus on recognizing and treating the nuanced, often-overlooked changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause — especially when symptoms don’t align neatly.
